Enchanted Forest – Wyeth Walk #55 

Loved playing with the colors on this pulsing tree right out of an enchanted forest. Bringing out the form in the photo leaves me with a pic that reminds me of the painting of trees by Carolyn Wyeth I saw recently at the Brandywine River Museum of Art. She had a way in her paintings of bringing out form and emphasizing lines in a way that made her works abstract and fantastical. A very different style from the rest of her family and I’d love to see more of her paintings.

Fell asleep putting kiddos to bed so missed actually posting this the day I took it, on my birthday!
