new trail today, along the water, fog paintings across the marsh, symphony of birds
and frogs and an owl. sunrise, quiet, mud, babbling water over rocks.

I found my photos today were not trying to create an image but rather, somehow grasp the essence of this quiet beauty.  When I improvise at the piano, this is also my goal- not to create, not to contrive, but rather to be open to the quiet flow.

Gearing up for my trip to Maine! I’m so looking forward to experiencing the rocky coastal landscape so vital to the Wyeth family.
