Speckled Depths – Wyeth Walk #86
‘Twas a day of kiddos and family. Back-to-back trips this past week means piles of laundry and wearing workout clothes because I don’t have any clean “regular” clothes. In between swimming and gymnastics and visiting with out-of-town extended family, I managed to walk in our back yard and grab a shot of this peony after a short soaking rain. I love the speckles of rain drops on the rock below, they look like tadpoles to me. Somehow I managed to also get a little bit of piano in while kiddos colored in my studio, my new Wyeth piece is flowing, and I’m grateful, what a joy to have the first creative seed for a new piece to be flowing.
