Same-day appointments are welcome when available. Online booking is available 24\/7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations &amp; No-Shows<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least <strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Late cancellations<\/strong> may incur a <strong>50% service fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-shows<\/strong> may be charged <strong>100% of the scheduled service<\/strong> before future appointments can be booked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Late Arrivals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than <strong>10 minutes late<\/strong> may need to reschedule to avoid overlapping with the next guest\u2019s service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Children &amp; Guests<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For safety and comfort, only the individual receiving the service is allowed in the treatment area. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult not receiving services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds &amp; Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All skincare treatments and services are non-refundable.<br>Product returns may be accepted <strong>within 7 days<\/strong> of purchase if unopened and unused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Health &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your health is our priority.
