Google Ads Management Service Agreement
This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between BLUE CREEK VALLEY (“Company”) and you (“Client”)
Services: Company will provide Google Ads management services to the Client, including but not limited to creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, managing and monitoring ad spend, creating ad copy, and providing reports on campaign performance.
Service Fees: Client agrees to pay Company a monthly management fee of $450 per month. The management fee will be automatically invoiced on a monthly basis and can be canceled at anytime by the client.
Ad Fees: The Service Fee (as listed above) is separate from the “per click” fees that Google AdWords will charge you. Cancellation of your services with us does not automatically stop your Google AdWords advertising from running and incurring Google AdWords “per click” fees. You are solely responsible for all charges by Google. BLUE CREEK VALLEY will not be liable for any amounts that Google charges you during the management period or following the cancellation of your management.
Ownership: All Google Ads accounts and related data created by Company on behalf of Client will remain the property of Client. Company will provide Client with administrative access to the accounts.
Confidentiality: Company agrees to keep all Client data and information confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without Client’s consent.
Indemnification: Client agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use of the Google Ads campaigns created and managed by Company on behalf of Client.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, and agreements between them.
By making your initial payment, you have acknowledged that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
